Charter eliminates term plans:  new 2013 promotions

• New pricing and packaging effective 12/22/12
• No term commitment
•  Reduction of speed  tiers from five to three
•  More speed, lower pricing
• Decrease in rate for Wireless Managed Internet Router (from $25 to $10, with no installation)
• Decrease in rate for Voicemail (from $8 to $5)
• Phone packages
• Free standard installation (phone/data bundle) when customer upgrades their speed tier
• Digital TV only - sharper picture and better sound quality when viewing in digital (equipment required)
