Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website located at www.connectivitysource.com (the “Site”), operated by Connectivity Source, Inc. (“Company,” “we,” “us,” “our”). Section 4 — Text Messaging Terms

By providing your mobile phone number through any form on this Site, you agree to receive SMS messages from Connectivity Source, Inc. at the number provided.

You affirm that you have provided consent to receive SMS messages related to your inquiry, account, or business relationship.
SMS communication is provided only for transactional and conversational purposes. We do not send unsolicited marketing or promotional SMS messages unless explicitly opted in separately.
Message and data rates may apply as determined by your mobile carrier.
To opt out at any time, reply STOP to any SMS message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive a confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent unless you opt back in.
You agree not to use the Site or services to send spam, abusive, or unlawful SMS messages. Abuse may result in suspension or termination of your account and message privileges.
We comply with all applicable telecommunications regulations, including TCPA and carrier-specific requirements under programs such as TCR and 10DLC.
